Happy Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, you might want to return the item you purchased from us. As such, we are pleased to offer you 30 days 'Happy Refunds Policy' on any of your purchases. By this we mean you are welcome to return your purchased item without any questions asked.

All we ask is that the item(s) are returned in absolutely brand new and unworn condition, with the original box, instructions, guarantee(s) and any extras such as special instructions, CD-ROMs etc, which may have been sent to you with the item.

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition. We will then issue either a full refund (less the cost of postage) or a different item in exchange.

Your money will be refunded in full within 7 days.

Any items of pierced jewellery such as earrings, belly bars etc, cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.

You should return your item to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured. Please ensure you record the tracking number.
