Delivery Information

Delivery timescales

If placed before 3.00pm (subject to passing necessary checks) your order will be sent the same day, to be received the following day. Orders received after 3.30pm are also sent the same day but might not arrive the following day.

Orders sent on Friday usually arrive on Saturday, but unfortunately this is not guaranteed. Depending on your location, your order may arrive the following Monday if sent on Friday.

We operate a fraud screening process and therefore are can only offer this next-day service if the order is a straight forward validation. This process is usually straight forward and completed immediately.

If for any reason the screening process is not straightforward, for example, the delivery address is different to the billing address, this may cause a delay of a few hours while we perform the appropriate checks. If we are unable to validate your order, we will send an email to let you know.

During extremely busy periods, we may not be able to send your item the same day. To guarantee that you will receive next day delivery, please ensure that you place your order well before the deadline time.

International deliveries

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International who will usually pass your item onto your overseas delivery company. International delivery is usually charged at the checkout at £7.50 to most destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery date but would expect delivery within 3 to 10 working days.

Please note some brands restrict us from sending items abroad.

Postage method

All orders over £30 will qualify for free Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means your item is guaranteed to be received before 1 pm on the day of despatch.

Orders under £30 will be sent free by Recorded Delivery. You will usually receive your delivery the day after it is sent, but in some circumstances may be delayed by a few days.

All International orders are charged at £7.50 extra. If you are outside the UK or your country is outside the EU, VAT will be removed from your order at the checkout.

Missed deliveries

If you are unavailable when our delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will usually attempt another delivery the next working day or drop a card in your letter box to let you know they tried to deliver. You will usually be given the option collecting your item from your local sorting office.

If for any reason the item is returned to us, for example, the address is incorrect or the item has not been collected, we will email as soon as we receive the item back. You can choose to have the item redelivered or cancel the order. If you refuse delivery of the items sent, or are not able to accept delivery on both delivery attempts, our outward postage fees will be deducted from the refund total.

Late deliveries or despatch

A delay in delivery may be caused when the delivery service itself has a problem. This is unfortunately beyond our control. In rare circumstances where our shipping capacity is overwhelmed with orders, a delay of one extra day may occur. In these type of situations, we will do our best to ensure that your item is delivered as quickly as possible.

Compensation for loss due to late deliveries

If a delivery is late we will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you. If the delivery was free, we are not able to offer any financial compensation to cover losses such as time taken off work.
