See our range of Accurist watches, timepieces with heritage.
Accurist watches were created as a premium brand back in 1946 using Swiss components. Utilising the innovative 21 Jewel Lever Movement, Accurist watches continue to this day to offer advanced features and great, classic looks which never age.
Accurist is an outstanding British Heritage brand and has played a significant role in the nation's cultural history since the company's foundation in 1946. Always synonymous with affordable quality, Accurist has proved to be an innovator in both technology and styling giving the timepieces a unique place in the hearts and minds of the country.
Accurist was the first watch brand to promote the 21 jewel movement and was also at the forefront of the digital quartz revolution. Accurist watches were chosen as the official timepieces of the Concorde flight crew when the iconic plane first wowed the world back in the 1970's. Accurist was also the first sponsor of BT's speaking clock service and went on to supply the atomic clock to the Royal Observatory at Greenwich which officially tells the time for the world.
The brand has a colourful history in more ways than one as Accurist was also the first watch maker to design and promote timepieces not as a once in a lifetime purchase but as a fashionable accessory. In the swinging sixties their colourful and stylish creations were worn by the new generation of pop stars and fashionistas like The Beatles and Twiggy.
Now, in order to celebrate the brand's achievements and cultural significance, Accurist have launched The Vintage Collection. This stylish gent's range is the epitome of retro cool and features classic Bombay dials, quartz movements and vintage striped Nato style straps. You have a choice of gold plated, rose gold plated or stainless steel cases and each watch is presented in a stylish limited edition box. The prices are more 1970's than 21st century for these sleek and classy watches which we are delighted to feature in the Watch Hub Range.
